Enjoy sinking into each pose with props supporting your body as you meditate, relax and release with each breath.

Suitable for all students, especially those new to yo​ga, injured and in need of deep healing through intentional rest, or maybe just desiring a nap!

Chair Yoga ~ Thursdays 12:30-1:45pm


Be supported

This class utilizes a chair for support in standing, seated and supine poses. It is an excellent option for those struggling with balance, back pain or recovering from injury or surgery (with doctor's approval!)

Sweetly support joints, build strength and get a good stretch in a more accessible way.

If you're looking to begin movement practice in a more cautious and curated way this is a great class for you!


Gentle Yoga ~ Fridays 12:15-1:30pm


Move mindfully

This slow-paced, relaxing class is ideal for the absolute beginner, those recovering from injury and advanced students wanting to take it easy.

A mix of easeful movement and sustained stretching leaves the body feeling better than before. Proper alignment and breathing cues encourage a safe and meditative practice.
