This a great class for beginners or those looking to take a gentler approach with their practice. Relaxing, supported poses start and end the practice while encouraging inner awareness. Standing poses build balance, strength, and flexibility and chairs are used for support.

Restorative Yoga & Massage
Mondays ~ 5:45 - 7 pm
Wednesdays ~ 12 - 1 pm
​This class pairs gentle, therapeutic movement and optional self-massage, with restful, supported poses practiced primarily on the ground. Props and self-massage tools are utilized to support the body in ways that soften & release.
Everyone can benefit from this practice, especially those recovering from injury or dealing with chronic conditions, those who are new to movement practices and anyone in need of some rest.

This class offers options for modifying the practice to bring more ease or more effort. focuses on connecting with the breath & the body by utilizing accessible asana (yoga poses) to build sustainable strength and pranayama (breath work) to help regulate the nervous system. Proper mechanics, alignment and breath control will be covered.
